Workshop exercise - Prereading :

Working with your group members , review the scenario and develop responses to the questions on next slide (15). Come back together and have each group present their findings and then rank the scenarios for which feels most suitable. Which fits T+T best.

The scenario experience design needs to support different business models as you work through the strategy refresh. Work experience is sum of everything that occurs in how we get work done both as individual experts and collectively. Shifting how our people are enabled to do work and grow, what new work practices are adopted, new norms & protocols  and how these shape workplace encounters for everyone throughout their work. This might include changes in how the work is structured, how the workflow is sequenced, how the team functions, how connections are made between parts of the T+T group.  Once selected this scenario will be used to develop future thinking for teaming.
