As Work experience  specialists, we acknowledge the resistance to change in a workforce. We bring a wealth of New Zealand expertise and knowledge on modern workplaces and organisational culture from 14 years of providing dedicated workspace advisory services.

We work with leaders and key influencers to challenge workspace boundaries from current working styles and the see the opportunities and pathways to introducing new ways of more flexible working in order to lift efficiency and future focus of their workplace.

We then support them across the levels of staff so all can see the opportunity to achieve a workplace that is agile, collaborative, and enabling of operational excellence.  We support through:

-       acknowledging up front the challenges and then move quickly through to the constructive solutions and benefits

-       educational workshops on the subject showcasing best practice and case studies - providing benchmarks and trade-off considerations

-       objective decision-making tools and targeted individual interventions as required where resistance is at a senior level

Our change plan incorporates relevant mindset changers to move leaders to a different attitude to space allocation and ownership.
