At InternetNZ and the .nz Domain Name Commission, they are currently gearing themselves to be Flexible First.  This was borne out of a Covid response which highlighted the possibilities to walk their talk, to deliver an empowered work experience while delivering even better than before.  

Our team engage actively in amongst the organisation engaging, educating, and encouraging endurance - advising on change, laying foundations for change through taking a principle led approach and an employee experience lens, co-developing frameworks of involvement, coaching leaders for success, and then linking this up with other programmes of work such as digital enablement, spatial enablement and interconnectedness.
