MIT was leading an initiative to integrate a new educational facility. The first campus was named the MTC which housed the business, logistics, foundation and performing arts academic entities, as well as commercial tenants. The MTC planned to offer a mix of open plan learning and classroom spaces with a new pedagogy for teaching and learning for MIT.

We undertook a review of the Change project status for the new Manukau Tertiary Centre MTC for Manukau Institute of Technology in late 2012. The engagement was to conduct a strategic and operational assessment of the transitional change readiness for the relocation of staff and students to the new Manukau Tertiary Centre planned for late 2013.

The change engagement and assessment looked into areas the transitional change planning, impacts and future requirements covering the areas of human resources, marketing and communications, logistics, building operations and broader Manukau Institute of Technology readiness and preparedness.
